WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
STUDENT-ATHLETES ARE FREE TO APPLY*

There is NO FEE for an Athlete to attend!

Flights & hotel accommodations will be provided for the first 45 student-athletes accepted*
WHO CAN APPLY?
A collective, institution, and/or agent can apply on behalf of the student-athlete.
​
Student-athletes can apply for their own attendance.
STUDENT-ATHLETE QUALIFICATIONS
MUST SATISFY THE FOLLOWING:

Have at least one (1) semester of eligibility remaining during the 2024-2025 academic year

Be currently enrolled, or committed to enroll, at the academic institution on the submitting application.

Have participated in at least one (1) NIL transaction by the application deadline.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Once your application has been reviewed and accepted, you will receive an email with the next steps on how to confirm your attendance.
*Flight & hotel accommodation details will be found in the acceptance email. All athletes will be staying 2 nights at either the AC Hotel, Renaissance, Ritz Carlton, or the JW Marriott.
Student-Athletes will be placed in a double occupancy room with another student-athlete unless a single occupancy room is requested.
